Arthur has worked in the migration section for 10 years and currently co-leads Align Law's Hong Kong office and practices in Australian property, commercial and migration law.

He advises clients on skilled migration, partner migration and family migration matters, and has extensive experience with the Administrative Appeal Tribunal. Arthur is also experienced in disputing natural justice matters and can give advice best placed to overturn adverse decisions made by the Department.
