Chhavi is a lawyer within the commercial litigation team.

Her experience has equipped her to assist clients with a broad range of property, owners corporation, construction, employment, intellectual property and general commercial matters. Her background in engineering, combined with her legal training gives her a unique analytical edge in advising on technical and financial aspects of disputes.

Chhavi is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Honours) from Monash University.
