Glenn Chiang is a founding Principal of Align Law and is the head of the firm's construction practice group.

Glenn has over 16 years' experience advising on the procurement of major and medium-sized projects including commercial, mining and renewable energy projects, government infrastructure projects and public & private partnerships.

Glenn has acted for various government departments, ASX-listed companies, prominent national and international developers and various hotel, student accommodation and childcare operators.

Glenn's extensive 'whole-of-project' experience incudes advising on procurement methodology, tender documentation, D&C projects, contract administration and construction related disputes and the drafting and preparation of suites of contracts for developers and builders (including head contracts, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, minor works contracts and other downstream contracts).
