Jiun Carlisle is a founding Principal of Align Law and is the head of the firm's real estate practice group.

Jiun's experience spans over 15 years, encompassing a comprehensive spectrum of activities related to all aspects of real estate, property development, and leasing including broad experience across many areas of commercial law.

Jiun has particular expertise in complex deal and transaction structures for acquisition and disposal of residential, industrial and commercial land, land development including subdivisions and easements, property portfolio management, joint ventures and development.

During her career, Jiun has acted for numerous foreign developers and investors and is skilled in navigating Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) regulations and ensuring compliance, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape in this domain.

Jiun acts for a diverse mix of clients including property developers and investors, private clients, ASX and Malaysian Exchange listed clients, institutional clients and SMEs.
