Nyla has over 25 years' experience acting as legal adviser to financial institutions, underwriters and arrangers as well as to borrowers and sponsors in project, structured and asset finance transactions, including PPPs, domestic and cross border leasing transactions, commodities and trade finance.

In addition, Nyla is an experienced board director and a qualified chartered secretary. For more than 10 years she has provided corporate secretarial and governance management services to a portfolio of ASX listed companies, unlisted public entities and not for profits. She is a member of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
